总体来讲比较满意，房间在新加坡算大的。早餐虽然种类不是很多，但是中规中矩，味道也不错。前台服务很好，非常专业热情。

Took my parents on a staycation since it’s my dad’s 69th birthday. While the check-in process was smooth and painless, there weren’t any welcoming messages or even a simple birthday wish despite me having told the hotel in my booking that it was my father’s birthday. Room was extremely spacious but empty with only one miserable armchair (unlike a sofa set in the photos), and also extremely dingy and dark. Windows were tinted with no clear sunlight, and room, though clean, had a very very musty smell. Furnishing was also very old and dated. We were given a room on level 3 and the moment we stepped into the guest corridor, we could hear blaring music and booming speakers all the way into our room, and this went on for hours - the soundproofing is terrible for rooms being near the meeting rooms. We had very minimal interaction with the hotel staff throughout our stay as we were not ones to bother with requests, but at every turn when we encounter staff we weren’t greeted like in other properties, something that I thought could be improved. TV reception was so bad we couldn’t watch anything, not even the local channels. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay like I had expected for a member of the FEH group. No small surprises or thoughtful gestures. Very clinical way of welcoming guests and stay was barely passable. As someone who has done over 15 staycations in the last 3 years, it’s unlikely I will go back as I fel disappointed in the whole experience.

Good location in town. walkable to ion orchard. Free parking is great! Hotel is due for revamp and upgrade but in acceptable condition. Overall, value for money!

Came here for Xmas staycay with my family. Room is spacious with tub for kids to enjoy. Got some construction going on but didn’t affect our stay. Will revisit for sure! Hope to visit every Xmas

Location is good, a short walk to the heart of Orchard. Hotel is old but decently maintained, with a large swimming pool. Service standard however, is terrible. During my stay, I detected the smell of cigarette smoke while walking along the corridor back to my room, and traced it to a particular room. I called the guest services operator, who informed me the duty manager will look into it. This was sometime in the early afternoon. I expected a simple call back or even a note to inform me on what’s being done, as basic professional courtesy to close the case. That never happened, even after I called the guest services operator later at night to voice my displeasure. This particular operator did not seem to know that I’ve raised a feedback earlier, and when I probed further, she said the duty manager did not uncover anything. When I said that the least they could do is to follow up with me properly to update me on what had been done, she said the duty manager will speak to me, even adding the duty manager is a ‘Malay lady’, as though that’s relevant. As expected, this duty manager never showed up or called. In all the hotels I’ve stayed in across my lifetime, this is the first time I’ve encountered a hotel with staff who never bothered to follow up with me on an issue I raised during my stay. It just felt disrespectful, lazy and unprofessional, jut like sweeping things under the carpet to avoid unnecessary work for themselves. If their staff can’t even bother to follow up on a simple matter, I can’t imagine how they would be like for major issues. I will not recommend this hotel. If you face any problems, you’re on your own.

乌节路上，就是离乌节地铁口稍微有点距离，不过乌节路的各大商场就很好逛，适合各种买买买人士。给我的高级双床房，不过两张床是挨着的，感觉??四个人不成问题。另外感觉有三个房间，衣帽间，浴室乾湿分离还有浴缸，总之很宽敞。配套设施也很不错，体验了露天游泳池，正好练练正在学习的自由泳，24小时健身房没去。最後是前台人员和客房人员的服务都非常在线，宾至如归，这家酒店十分推荐。

First of all thanks front desk Mr CLYDE..I found out I lost one of my baggage at Changi airport upon checking he helping to find and contact airport for further info..even tho at the end didn’t get it but much appreciated with his patient for helping to contact here and there Nice location near mrt station and it just about ORCHARD ROAD.. surrounding many restaurants.. thanks for upgrading me to bigger and connecting room with more space for my baby and big luggage Overall nice experience I will be back

No bathrobe, towel seems old. The room feels wet and damp; there was a smell of a damp room. There might be problems with the ventilation. Some of the furniture may be old and may have safety hazards that can cause injuries, as pictured below.
